How to search for the Applicable Documents

In the chapters below you may find documents applicable to any kind of supply contracts with ZF Group entities.

ZF has organized its Purchasing activities into Production and Non Production Material. Some contents on this page refer to this distinction as well.

• Non Production Material Purchasing (also called Indirect Purchasing) is responsible for procurement of consumable goods, works and services. This includes spare parts, maintenance, travel, IT equipment and support services.

• Production Material Purchasing (often called Direct Purchasing) is procuring all materials which finally find their way into ZF products sold to our customers. Among typical production assortment you can find: Casting, Rubber, Stamping parts. In the majority of the cases such products are based on a technical drawing and require PPAP.
