Performance Monitor

SupplyOn Performance Monitor allows suppliers to access and analyze their performance rating with ZF in a standardized and structured format.

ZF defines its own evaluation categories (e.g. quality, logistics, procurement) and SupplyOn Performance Monitor is connected to ZF's system, from where it regularly receives updated supplier ratings. Some current key performance indicators include...

Type Metric
Logistics Delivery Performance (%)
Quality Parts per million (PPM)
Number of complaints
** More information on the Quality KPIs can be found on the QD83 - Global Supplier Quality Directive website under section 4.2 Complaint Management

These ratings are critical to understanding how you are performing relative to ZF’s expectations which will impact escalation and/or future sourcing decisions.

Use of the SupplyOn Performance monitor provides both ZF and suppliers with a number of benefits...

  • Transparent and up-to-date feedback for continuous improvement
  • Structured and clear data that can be analyzed on a location and material number level
  • Standardized reporting across ZF Divisions, regions and locations
