Performance Management

Overview

SupplyOn Performance Management allows suppliers to access and analyze their KPI performing with ZF in a new standardized and structured format.


ZF defines its own evaluation of the Operational Evaluation - KPIs: Quality, Logistics and Top Level - KPIs: Business Fundamentals, Sustainability, Digitalization and Escalation.

SupplyOn Performance Management is connected to ZF's system, from where it monthly receives updated supplier ratings. Some current key performance indicators include...
