General Terms & Conditions of Purchase

ZF's Terms & Conditions of Purchase are the contractual basis for the supply relationship between ZF Group and its suppliers, irrespective of the contracting ZF Division or Business Unit.

International Version

All worldwide countries (with the exception of Germany) will be supplied subject to the following version:

• General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (PDF)(valid as of May 2019)
• Form GC-1 US Government Contracts

For ZF Locations in Germany

Any ZF Group location in Germany will be supplied subject to the following version and special additional conditions:

• General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (PDF)(valid as of October 2002)
• Conditions for transactions of ZF Plants in Germany (PDF) (Version May 2019)

Acceptance Letter

ZF requires that all suppliers attest to their acceptance of the above referenced Global Terms & Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) using the following form:

• GTCP 2019 Acceptance Letter Form

In addition to the ZF Group General Terms & Conditions of Purchase there are also additional provisions that apply to specific locations, groups, or regions.
