Container Order via SupplyOn TOMS
The current manual container ordering process (via Fax or E-Mail) will be replaced by a standardized, electronic process via our supplier platform SupplyOn.
The container ordering via SupplyOn TOMS consists of two steps:
- FPA = Container order and container pickup
- ASN = Container order update (+ ASN creation) at pickup day)
To use the TOMS OFR functionality, your Supply On company administrator needs to assign the necessary roles to your user: DOCUMENT
Step 1
Container Order (FPA) - relevant for all suppliers:
The container order needs to be created in a timely manner prior the container pickup (as today) to ensure enough time for container provision by the forwarder.
