Against this background, the Bodensee Youth Conference, organized by the ZF Group, Zeppelin University and the student Club of International Politics e.V., seeks to promote direct and open exchange between the younger generation and today's decision-makers.
We want to talk to each other instead of about each other. At the Bodensee Youth Conference, ZF brings young people together with decision-makers and experts from politics, business, industry and civil society.
Solutions for Complex Challenges
For the complex challenges of our time, we need new solutions. We want to find these in dialogues, panel discussions, break-out sessions and informal formats. The exchange between industry, the digital economy, international politics and science with young students will create new perspectives.

Retrospect
Bodensee Youth Conference 2022
In 2022 the first Bodensee Youth Conference took place under the motto "Weathering geopolitical storms - Tech and policy discussion". Over 80 participants discussed future challenges for business, politics and society – a successful start for this new dialogue format.
