ZF Motorbike covers the complete development range of mechanical engineering, electronics and industrial design of high-performance and racing motorcycle parts with particular attention to design, vibration mechanics, mechanical technology, dynamics, powertrain, as well as driving assistance systems. Over the last 20 years our ZF motorcycle development team has supported a huge quantity of OE projects in the international motorbike industry, with our expertise in development and production of automotive components. Beside the development process we produce prototype parts, serial parts, test and validate new parts in our worldwide test facilities.

Trial and Test

Our test team plans, organisies and carries out all types of requested test. We have in our production sites all types of latest test equipment and measuring technology to carry out endurance testing on race tracks and public roads, chassis and geometrical testing, performance tests, coordination of traction and control systems and application of traction and control systems.

Prototypes and small series production

Regardless of whether the customer requires a complete prototype or just one component, our prototype construction and low-volume engineering department can manufacture all motorcycle components according to all standard manufacturing processes.
