In order to take advantage of this service, the following steps should be taken:

• Print the order form and fill out
• • Service Order Damper
  • Service Order Clutch
• Send the parts to ZF Race Engineering, together with the service order form
• Parts are examined by ZF Race Engineering
• The result is discussed with the customer by telephone
• If the customer accepts the estimated costs, the products will be repaired
• After repair the parts will be sent back to the customer, together with an invoice

Please note that we need to charge a flat fee of 48 Euros for doing the costs estimate, which is deducted from the final bill, if a repair is proceeded.
