Research and Development - Electronics

We design and test systems and solutions for passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as other types of vehicles, like electric bikes. Out Teams are located in a few cities in Poland and focus on various types of systems, to name a few: active safety systems based on cameras and radars, HPC, integrated control systems, electric “Steer by wire” systems, passive systems based on airbag and seatbelt systems, as well as systems for Commercial Vehicles (valves, actuators and more).
We specialize in following areas: Algorithmic Applications, Hardware Electronics, Embedded SW Tests and Validation, Software Architecture and Applications, High Level Programming, Low Level Programming (C, C #, C ++, Python, Java), Data Science and Big Data, Vehicle Validation, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Configuration and Change Management, Engineering Project Management, PCB Design and more.

Reasearch and Development - Mechanical Engineering

Our Teams in Poland develop components for the commercial and passenger cars, this include air brake suspension system in buses, passenger cars, road tractors and semi-trailers, as well as clutch and transmission components, gearboxes, but also airbags and seat belts. We expand the product portfolio and implement new technologies. Our Teams split into Design and Product Engineering, Modeling and Prototyping, Construction, Mechatronics, Vibroacoustic, Computation and Simulation. Technologies and Methodologies we use: CAD, Simulink, Matlab, Windchill PLM tools, Licences In CATIA (Circuit Board Design, STP, STL) and much more.

Information Technology

ZF is not solely an automotive company, it is also a hi-tech company state-of-the-art IT solutions for its global facilities. Polish IT Center develops projects within areas of: SAP ERP System, IT security, Project Management, Global IT infrastructure, Programming & SW Development, Administration of Engineering Applications , Digitalization & Innovation, Business Analysis, IT Governance and Compliance.

Production Technology

There are several ZF’s production plants in Poland delivering conventional and electronical parts and systems for both passenger and commercial vehicles. From air compressors, braking, steering and suspension systems, to advanced ADAs systems, control systems and in-car cameras, seat belts and air bags. We offer various opportunities within this field of work: Process and Test Engineering, Production Management, Automation, New Launches, Quality Engineering, Homologation, Sustainability Engineering, as well as Maintenance, Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Marketing.

Finance & Accounting

Polish Shared Services Centers serve as a strategic partner to the company, offering centralized financial services, analytical support, and ensuring compliance while striving for operational excellence. There are numerous roles available for individuals with analytical skills and proficiency in European languages such as English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, Czech, Slovak, and Romanian. These roles are typically grouped into several key areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Master Data, Travel & Expense, Payroll, Controlling, Real Estate, Statutory, Treasury, Purchase Order Maintenance, Archiving & Scanning, Human Resources.

Purchasing

The Global Purchasing Office, headquartered in Częstochowa, serves as the center for formulating a comprehensive global procurement strategy tailored to ZF plants worldwide. Our teams are tasked with identifying supplier markets, collecting and analyzing supplier data, fostering collaborative partnerships, and scrutinizing suppliers' capabilities, among other responsibilities.

Aftermarket: Sales, Marketing and Tech Support

With center of the Aftermarket business for Poland, Nordics & Baltics region located in Warsaw, ZF offers comprehensive portfolio of spare parts and accompanying services for distributors in this region. The areas of work are Operations and Product Marketing, Pricing & Financial Projects, Sales and Technical Support for distributors, workshops and fleets, Order Processing and many more of divisional global & regional responsibilities.
