With over 15 years of experience in the automotive field, Laura now leads the technical team that developed the intelligent inverter architecture for a premium electric vehicle - a groundbreaking innovation engineered by the ZF team in Timișoara. “It was a defining moment. Knowing that our work directly shapes the future of the auto industry was incredibly motivating”, says Laura.

Laura’s career began in quality and systems engineering, areas where she built the foundation for her later success in project management. In recent years, she joined ZF Group, where she applies her knowledge and helps develop the latest automotive technologies. Today, she leads a technical team working on high-impact projects, a role that perfectly reflects her unique blend of skills and passion for innovation.

For Laura, a love of powerful cars is only part of the story. In her free time, she enjoys restoring furniture and has a deep affection for animals. This creative spirit helps fuel her work life as well. At ZF Timișoara, where she collaborates with over 500 engineers, Laura plays a key role in developing next-generation technologies for electric vehicles, contributing to a sustainable mobility future.
