Plug & play approach simplifies the unique open and flexible ZF Centrix system architecture as well as servicing and manufacturing – a major benefit for manufacturers and retail partners. Because the drive unit is mounted with just one clamp and four fixings, manufacturers and retailers save valuable time during installation and servicing. Regardless of power variant, the design, size and weight of ZF Centrix is identical. This offers manufacturers completely new freedom when it comes to frame design and integrating the drive unit into a wide spectrum of bike types – from city bike to trekking bike to mountain bike.

Exceptional riding experience
The powerful ZF Centrix drive unit starts assisting the rider at very low cadence and ensures the very best e-bike feel. Sporty cyclists benefit from the high maximum power output and from the outstanding traction delivered by the integrated clutch even on the toughest terrain.
Preset modes
The presets or riding profiles allow every rider to adapt the application and the riding behavior of their e-bike to the necessary circumstances and areas of use. You can choose from a total of three riding profiles (Wet, Ride, Race) via the ZF Ride app. If you have not yet installed the app, you can find it in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The ZF Bike Eco System always remembers the last saved riding profile and executes it when the system is restarted.
