Shifting made simple and economical
Ecomid is the perfect choice for commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 36 tons. 9 gears in direct drive or overdrive version effectively apply the engine power to the road and support a fuel-efficient driving style. The particularly powerful crawler gear provides assistance when launching with a high tonnage and on a gradient.
The optional Intarder also reliably relieves the service brakes when traveling downhill. Thanks to the pneumatic Servoshift shifting assistance, the gears can be engaged without expenditure of energy, quietly, and quickly and the driver can fully concentrate on the traffic.
The low-maintenance manual transmission integrates all functions into a stable aluminum housing.Each vehicle version can be outfitted with respective PTOs and gearshift systems.
