We provide multiple options for warranty claim filing. Customers can either submit a claim online for a ZF original equipment product using the Standard Warranty Submission Form, or a ZF aftermarket service part via the Service Parts Submission Form.

File a Warranty Claim

Standard Warranty

Complete a standard warranty claim for all ZF original equipment installed on your truck or trailer. In addition to the ZF part number and failure details, the complete claim submission process requires: The full VIN number, in-service date, vocation and mileage. Base-Warranty time and mileage coverages begin on the in-service date of the unit and are ZF product specific.

Service Part Warranty

For ZF parts sold over the counter to end-users, file a service parts warranty claim. Copies of the original and replacement sales receipts are required to complete the claim submission process. ZF Service Part Warranty provides 1 Year Parts-Only Coverage from the date of purchase.
