What can MULTISTEER Steering Axles (2WS) provide?
ZF has optimally matched the steering axle series MULTISTEER MS-E 3000 to mobile excavators. Since the brake is directly acting onto the wheel hub, the undesirable swaying of the vehicle during on-site operation is significantly minimized. In addition the steering kinematics has been optimized. The steering cylinder is integrated into the axle bodies and lies behind the axle in a protected manner.
