eFAD - Electric Front Axle Drives
The continuously variable front-wheel drive ZF eFAD (electric Front Axle Drive) helps to optimize traction and efficiency in the whole driveline. It is available in a low or a high voltage version. This electrical front axle solution offers various advantages as compared to a rigid all-wheel link.

TERRACOM – Condition Monitoring
Using today’s vehicle and Transaxle infrastructure (installed sensors and actuators) to monitor the systems behavior and utilization to derive the system and its component condition and to perform a prediction or reaction.
