ZF Steering Systems Poland
Production Plant and Engineering Center are part of the ZF Chassis Solutions Division. The plant manufactures power steering systems and transmissions. The Engineering Center designs mechatronic systems, conducts acoustic testing and validation, and develops software for electromechanical vehicle steering systems.

ZF Automotive Systems Poland
Electronics Plant manufactures modern electronic components for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), such as S-Cam 4.8 cameras, radars, and ZF ProAI supercomputers for automated driving functions.
Electronics Engineering Center designs, tests, and validates electronic safety systems for the automotive industry. These include passive safety systems, ADAS systems, as well as steering and braking systems.
European Shared Services Center is a key operational hub supporting ZF locations across Europe. The center provides a wide range of financial, accounting, administrative, and HR services, ensuring consistent, accurate, and efficient internal processes. Specialized teams oversee activities such as general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, controlling support, and employee services.
IT Center is an essential part of ZF’s global IT organization, providing modern IT services and digital solutions that support the company’s worldwide operations.
Global Purchasing Office is responsible for developing a global procurement strategy for ZF plants worldwide.
ZF Lifetec
Seat Belt Plant and Airbag Plant manufacture components for seat belt systems and passenger protection systems, such as driver and passenger airbags, knee airbags, side airbags, and side curtain airbags.
Engineering Center is responsible for design, modeling, and product engineering (airbags, seat belts), as well as simulation and calculation work, testing, and prototyping.
ZF Braking Systems Poland
Production plant is part of the ZF Chassis Solutions Division. It manufactures advanced brake assist systems, including vacuum-controlled and electronically controlled systems.
ZF Automotive Systems Poland
ZF Electronics Engineering Center designs, tests, and validates electronic safety systems for the automotive industry.
ZF CV Systems Poland
ZF CVS production plants (LP1 and LP2) manufacture advanced braking systems and vehicle electronics, including braking systems for commercial vehicles, control systems and gearbox and clutch control systems, as well as air suspension systems for passenger cars.
REMAN Solutions plant in Krajków specializes in the factory regeneration of electronic and mechatronic components and conventional mechanical products.
Research and Development (R&D) team works on the development, design, and testing of key components for commercial vehicles such as buses, vehicles over 6 tons, tractor units, and semi-trailers. The team develops, among other things, brake system components, pneumatic suspension system components, and clutch and gearbox components.
ZF Aftermarket Division supplies products and services to the automotive aftermarket. We offer original spare parts of the highest quality from brands such as LEMFÖRDER, SACHS, TRW, and WABCO.
