What are the most common fields of study for positions within the company?
Graduates of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, IT, industrial engineering or business management specialized in process engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, automotive engineering, product engineering, environmental engineering and logistics.
How does the international trainee program at ZF work?
The trainee program has a duration of 15 months. It is divided into four individual projects in different functional areas. At least one project takes place abroad. Twice a year (July and October), a total of between 20 and 25 trainees take part. The application process begins according to the country-specific application deadline.
