Graduate Traineeship

A one-year traineeship for fresh graduates to build practical experience and professional foundation. Traineeships are usually offered on a one-year contractual basis, with the possibility of conversion to full-time roles based on performance and business need.

Who can apply for Internships?

Final-year students from engineering colleges, business schools, or other relevant academic backgrounds are eligible to apply for internship opportunities.
While most internship hiring is conducted through partnered universities, select opportunities may also be available on the ZF Careers / Job Board, depending on business requirements.

What academic backgrounds do you hire students from?

We hire final‑year students across multiple academic backgrounds via university hiring, depending on business needs.

Eligible qualifications may include B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, and PhD programs. Opportunities are typically available across disciplines such as Mechanical, Automotive, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and related fields.
Please note that the availability of roles may vary based on current business and project requirements.

Does an internship guarantee a full-time offer upon completion?

While we strive to offer full‑time opportunities to high‑performing interns, an internship does not automatically guarantee a full‑time role.
Full‑time offer decisions are based on internship performance, demonstrated capabilities, and current business requirements, which may vary depending on organizational needs at the time.

How are students or graduates selected?
