  • Formula E is the ideal test lab for ZF technologies

Now, in the fifth season of the championship, ZF has developed an electric axle drive that includes an electric motor as well as newly developed transmission and power electronics for the Venturi race team. In the short, dynamic development phase, ZF's engineers broke new ground and pushed the boundaries thanks to their in-house systems expertise. At the same time, knowledge and experience gained and tested in motor racing provides insights that can be applied to volume production development.
