When combined with Mexico, the region accounts for 27 percent of ZF’s global sales.

Located off Interstate 96, ZF Fowlerville is a premier and award-winning manufacturing facility that is shaping the future of braking systems. ZF’s revolutionary Integrated Brake Control (IBC) system was conceived and developed in Germany and ZF’s North American headquarters in Livonia, Michigan, however the current configuration is being designed, developed, tested and produced in Fowlerville and nearby Fenton, Michigan. ZF Fowlerville is a powerhouse of lean manufacturing, shipping up to 6,500 brake units each day and handling 58 million components a month.
