BinMan - container management system

Due to digitalization at the Friedrichshafen location, there is a web portal called BinMan through which container coordination must be carried out.

The following information gives you an overview with step-by-step instructions for container reconciliation in BinMan.

Step 2

There are different bookings in BinMan. On the one hand, the arrival of the load carriers must be confirmed; this is explained in the video “Incoming booking in BinMan”. On the other hand, load carriers that are sent to ZF must be created in BinMan as a manual outgoing booking if this has not already been done via SupplyOn/TOMS.

If you are already using the transport order via SupplyOn/TOMS, please also watch the video “Outgoing booking via SupplyOn”.
