During the first couple of days we participated in the personality development training which inculcated group activities aiming at presenting certain tasks and furthermore providing and receiving full feedback in a professional setup.
The second half of the training was more about health and fitness. We had the chance to introspect regarding our life styles, in terms of food, health and fitness. With this, we went outdoors for some running, and furthermore we captured details about heart rate and blood pressure levels during the various iterations of our outdoor activity. All in all it was a different focus compared to the rest of the trainings we underwent.
So then, that was it! The ZV’s are now over and we will miss the food and the fun we had at Roggenbeuren. The trainee program is coming to a close very soon. We will soon be starting in new roles, and unlike the flexibility of the trainee program, this is going to go for a while now. Also, next on the radar is the preparation for the Board of Management. Looking forward to building an interesting storyline and pitching it to the BoM early next year!
