ZF Race Engineering´s product portfolio includes innovative driveline and chassis technology for passenger cars with conventional driveline as well as for hybrid and electric vehicles.

In addition, Special Series offers both components and systems for active and passive safety technology. Special Series is shaping the future of mobility with its unique expertise in four technology fields: Autonomous Driving, Electromobility, Integrated Safety, and Vehicle Motion Control. Knowledge of digitalization and software forms the bracket for ZF's four technology domains.

Small Series Production

Fast, flexible, and accurate solutions for small series production across most automotive sectors and other industrial products. With individual production line concepts and manufacturing set-ups, we manufacture your products to the highest quality standards which are requested by our customers.

No matter if it’s a new product development, an adaptation of a large-series product, or a build-to-print project, we offer customized, generic and flexible manufacturing and assembly concepts for small series production worldwide

We coordinate with our customers the necessary equipment for production, focused on either manual, partly automated, or even fully automated assembly lines

Generic work stations are made from stock in our own plant engineering and construction department and new components in our fully equipped prototype shops.

New Automotive Customers (NACs)

What exactly does that mean? In short, New Automotive Customer stands for a company that is relatively new to the vehicle manufacturer market and is dedicated to manufacturing or building a special type of vehicle. In fact, for the NAC it is all about electromobility. Often, startups such as these have been founded by students during university studies and have been developed as a spin-off following their graduation.
