James, Software Engineer

James has worked as a software engineer with ZF for three years. As a software engineer, he has worked on numerous projects with multiple customers where the environment is constantly evolving. Keeping abreast of the latest technological challenges, he has been able to lead the software component testing activities and support the extensive team. His role also supports cyber security development, manufacturing and warranty analysis.

Karin, Technical Specialist

Karin provides specific technical expertise for motion control, electromobility, autonomous driving, integrated safety and digitalisation for niche projects. As an integral member of the team, she supports customers and internal teams on a range of engineering projects. With growing hands-on experience Karin adapts her analytic skills to mitigate potential challenges with new and emerging developments.

Petra, Project Manager

As a project manager, Petra is a leading contributor to the continuous improvement and development of the engineering and project management processes required to meet increasing functional safety and engineering quality standards. This includes defining, planning, coordinating and reviewing the project team’s activities by using the relevant engineering processes and procedures.

Dirk, Mechanical Engineer

Within ZF, Dirk's role of a mechanical engineer is to lead the product design, development, and validation testing of new products within ZF Rae Engineering. He is also responsible for the overall project team performance and cost effectiveness of operations. Through various projects, he is responsible for leading several professional engineers and technicians in the planning and execution of engineering projects dealing with quality, testing, or manufacturing processes. This varied role extends to also serving as a primary liaison between other departments, divisions, and business units.
