As an integral member of the team, she supports customers and internal teams on a range of engineering projects. With growing hands-on experience Karin adapts her analytic skills to mitigate potential challenges with new and emerging developments.

As a project manager, Petra is a leading contributor to the continuous improvement and development of the engineering and project management processes required to meet increasing functional safety and engineering quality standards. This includes defining, planning, coordinating and reviewing the project team’s activities by using the relevant engineering processes and procedures.

Within ZF, Dirk's role of a mechanical engineer is to lead the product design, development, and validation testing of new products within ZF Rae Engineering. He is also responsible for the overall project team performance and cost effectiveness of operations. Through various projects, he is responsible for leading several professional engineers and technicians in the planning and execution of engineering projects dealing with quality, testing, or manufacturing processes. This varied role extends to also serving as a primary liaison between other departments, divisions, and business units.
