wAIveGuard examines the available data for unknown anomalies. The detection of these helps to identify the unexpected NOK which would be delivered as OK to the customer.
Maintenance of Limits
AI assisted maintenance of limits enables the full value out of your data. Due to workload restrictions today only product characteristic measurements are set maintained with limits.
All the other data are just stored. In case of customer complains or needs to optimize processes engineers try to use stored data to find solutions.
Maintenance of limits assists engineers to define bias free limit proposal which is a basis for quality checks of the data.
Scorer
With the Scorer application, complex functions like finding pattern of NOK judgments can be executed after each production step. The Scorer can be implemented close to the machine which does the task (testing, welding, screwing, curing, ...). Scoring is usually based on previously trained and improved models.
