What can Extended Coverage Program provide?

This comprehensive service package for ZF axle systems and transmissions, leads to peace of mind for fleet operators and vehicle manufacturers. Against a one-time payment it starts after the standard warranty period and covers required repair and overhaul costs for the defined ZF components. Designed to mitigate repair cost risks, optimize operational expenses, and ensure vehicle uptime, this package is tailored for commercial vehicle customers based on end-user requests.

Features

  • Covers labor and material costs for repair and overhaul work activities on ZF components based on a contractual agreement

  • Compensated with an agreed one-time payment in advance, calculated by ZF on the individual scope

  • Offers services for axles and transmissions of up to 8 years or 1,5 mio km

  • Contract regulation based on the agreed ECP model and on ZF standard terms and conditions

  • Offers the inclusion of additional services such as product installation and removal, towing and downtime at fixed prices
    Available for OEMs and fleet operators (end-users) with one or more vehicles

  • Limited to new vehicles, which are still in the standard warranty phase of up to 2 years after first registration
