What can ZF Orchestration Traveler App provide?

ZF's Orchestration Traveler App enables travelers to create a user profile, register a payment means, book a ride on one of the proposed services, view the live ETAs and finally rate the service and drivers. The App is "white labelled" so that it can be branded and adapted to the mobility service provider's corporate identity and service offering.

The ZF Orchestration Traveler App is an easy way to launch a service in a matter of weeks. It is developped and maintained by ZF as part of the Orchestration platform subscription.
Mobility service providers can also develop their own custom traveler application leveraging Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) provided by ZF which allow to:
  • Get information about the service
  • Create user Profiles and accounts
  • Book instant or future rides
  • View ETAs and ride status
  • Rate services and drivers
How to use the ZF Orchestration Traveler App
Once mobility service providers have communicated the relevant marketing information, ZF deploys the Traveler App under their store and name. Customers can them simply download it from the Android or Apple store.

Enables easy access to mobility services

  • Get information about the services
A didactic tutorial is launched at the first app usage to inform the traveler about the different services proposed and to guide him through the app usage.
  • Create user profiles and accounts
With no previous registration, the traveler can create an account, enter personal informations, enter a payment mean. The user is identified via an SMS code.
  • Book instant and future rides
The traveler enters its final destination, the number of passengers, the desired departure or arrival time and selects one service from the proposed list to book his ride.

View ETAs and ride status

The traveler gets live information about the estimated pickup and arrival times and sees the live position of the vehicle. He his also alerted by push notifications.

Rate service and drivers

At the end of the ride, the traveler can rate different aspects of the ride and review the details of the past and future rides.
