ZFlink offers a basis function of connectivity. In the interplay with the app, data from the vehicle can be analyzed and, if necessary, assistance for the independent remedy of errors can be displayed.
If a self-service is not possible, the data can be conveyed to the service employees. This can be the OEM service as well as another ZF service center.
On the basis of the data a better valuation and therefore a faster remedy of malfunctions is possible.

Every vehicle periodically sends driveline data via the OEM cloud to the ZF IoT platform.
There, an automated analysis of the data takes place to recognize changes in the operational behavior and, if necessary, to have it further evaluated by the ZF experts.
In the case of concrete information regarding critical operational behavior, the OEM is notified.
