Whistleblowing at ZF

In light of the implementation of the Whistleblower Protection Act on September 25, 2024, our company has updated our internal policies and added a supplementary annex. In order to maintain transparency and protect individuals who report violations, we are providing the full contents of our Reporting of Compliance Violations and Whistleblowing Policy Statement and the accompanying Annex, developed to comply with the new legal requirements.

Both documents form a cohesive unit and outline the procedures for reporting violations and protecting whistleblowers within our organization. We encourage you to review them before submitting any reports.

You can be assured that all reports will be handled with the utmost seriousness, and the identities of whistleblowers will be safeguarded in accordance with the law.
