Research Engineer and Software Tester at ZF What must a hybrid drive look like to meet the special requirements of the U.S. market? How can ZF use its 20-year experience with electric drives in this development? This is what Todd is working on. As a research engineer and software tester in the Car Powertrain Technology Division/Automatic Transmissions Business Unit, he is responsible for electric and hybrid system drivelines and for transmission software and applications.

How he came to ZF:
Todd studied electrical engineering and computer engineering. He has worked as an engineer at a telecommunications company as well as for various automotive manufacturers and suppliers in both production and development. He became acquainted with ZF at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) career day in Detroit and started an internship there the very same year.
