It was this unwavering camaraderie that left an indelible mark on Yoshida. The collaborative spirit and genuine support displayed by ZF colleagues during that critical moment echoed the company's ethos.
Returning to ZF wasn't solely fueled by nostalgia. With a background in mechanical engineering and a career spanning various roles, Yoshida acknowledges ZF's global reputation. "ZF people are distinguished by the width and depth of their knowledge of technology," he remarks.
Embracing the future and committing to innovation
As a CEM, Yoshida plays a pivotal role in bridging customer engineers and in-house engineers. Despite the daily challenges of coordinating specifications, development schedules, and negotiations, he finds joy and fulfillment. "Every day at ZF is a learning experience," he shares. His wealth of experience and deep knowledge often surprise customers, making each interaction rewarding.
In sync with ZF's vision of "Next Generation Mobility," Yoshida is currently immersed in the world of smart chassis components. These components, integrating sensors and arms, play a crucial role in the era of software-defined vehicles (SDVs).
