“Cars have always been my passion,” says Anay Raut - and for him, that passion never stayed confined to weekends or hobbies. It became his career.
Anay joined ZF Tech Center India in Hyderabad on August 16, 2021, stepping into the role of Simulation Engineer in Corporate R&D. From day one, he brought more than technical skills to the table. He brought curiosity, energy, and a genuine love for automobiles and innovation.
“For me, aligning my interests with my professional goals gives real purpose to my work,” he shares. “When you enjoy what you do, work doesn’t feel like work anymore.”
At ZF, Anay found exactly what he was looking for: a place where ideas are encouraged and innovation is part of everyday life. “ZF is more than just a workplace,” he explains. “It’s a platform where my passion and profession come together seamlessly.”
Outside his core responsibilities, Anay constantly pushes himself to stay ahead. “I like to read, research, and stream content on the latest developments in technology and the automotive industry,” he says. “It broadens my perspective and directly improves the way I approach development.”
That dedication didn’t go unnoticed. In 2023, Anay received the Pinnacle Award, a milestone that reflects both his performance and commitment. “Gratitude fills me as I receive the Pinnacle Award,” he says. “This recognition belongs just as much to my incredible team, supportive seniors, and inspiring management. Their guidance, challenges, and motivation have shaped my journey.”
For Anay, the road ahead is clear: keep learning, keep innovating, and keep turning passion into progress.
