ZF is technology partner of many renowned motorsports teams, ranging from Formula 1 to rallys, touring cars, one make cups and some of the most highly regarded exclusive vehicle manufacturers.

Joint Partners

BMW Motorsport

Since 2002 ZF is partner of BMW Motorsport. In racing series such as DTM or in endurance races as the 24h of Nürburgring, BMW relies on technology from ZF Race Engineering.

DTM

Since 2012 the three premium brands Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz rely exclusively on clutch systems by ZF in their DTM cars.

Volkswagen Motorsport

Since 2003 ZF is partner of Volkswagen Motorsport. ZF Race Engineering has developed the shock absorbers and the clutch for the Polo R WRC car in the Rallye World Championship. Furthermore, ZF provides all vehicles of the Scirocco R Cup with shock absorbers.

Porsche Motorsport

As Official Partner of Porsche Motorsport and of the Porsche Motorsport Junior Program ZF is on board. All international cup vehicles use shock absorbers and clutches from ZF Race Engineering.

Toyota

As of the 2013 season, ZF has started a technical partnership with TOYOTA Racing in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and is developing high performance components for the 24h of Le Mans.

SUPER GT

In 2013 ZF has started a partnership as Official Supplier of Super GT, the most popular touring car racing series in Asia. Starting in 2014, the cars in the GT500 class exclusively rely on clutches made in Schweinfurt/Germany.

TUDOR United SportsCar Championship

ZF is official series partner since 2014. In addition to the presence at the racetrack, ZF offers US motorsports fans the opportunity to have a look behind the scenes of professional motorsports as a ZF Race Reporter.

Honda Performance Development (HPD)

ZF has been a technical partner of HPD since the 2014 season. The partnership will see HPD implement ZF’s high-performance clutch and shock absorber technology in a variety of North American racing series where HPD is active.

Ducati

ZF has become a Technical Partner of Ducati in the MotoGP since the 2014 season.
