SUPER GT

Rd.1

April 04-05, 2015 - Okayama International Circuit

Equipped with ZF Clutch, “Lexus RC F” Takes Lights-to-Flag
-“Toyota Prius” wins in GT300-

As with last year the 2015 SUPER GT season was kicked off at Okayama International Circuit. With the “RC F” taking victory in the GT500 and the “Prius” doing the same in the GT300, it was the perfect start of the season for Toyota.
The course was wet due to the morning’s rain. All competitors began with wet tires and the formation lap began slightly later than usual at 2:30pm. Starting from pole position in the GT500 class behind the wheel of the #37 “KeePer TOM'S RC F” was Andrea Caldarelli (ITA) who got off to a clean start and began to pull away from the pack.

May 3.2015 - FujiSpeedway

“Nissan GT-R” Achieves Perfect Victory
-Grabs 1-2 Finish in both GT500 and GT300 Classes-

Round 2 of the SUPER GT 2015 was held at Fuji Speedway where the “GT-R” achieved 1-2 finishes in both the GT500 and GT300 classes to make it a fantastic weekend for Nissan fans.

June 21, 2015 - Thailand (Chang International Circuit)

"Nissan GT-R" Takes Consecutive Victories in Both Categories

Round 3 of the SUPER GT 2015 was held at Thailand’s Chang International Circuit where the “Nissan GT-R” achieved a two-round winning streak in both categories for this season. In the GT500 class the "S Road MOLA GT-R" passed the checkered flag in the lead, while in the GT300 class the "B-MAX NDDP GT-R" and ”GAINER TANAX GT-R" secured a 1-2 victory, in reverse order to the one they achieved in the last round at Fuji.

August 9, 2015 - FujiSpeedway

“Nissan GT-R” Achieves 3-Round Winning Streak - “Honda CR-Z” Takes Lights-to-Flag Victory in the GT300

Round 4 of the SUPER GT 2015 was held at Fuji Speedway in Shizuoka Prefecture where the "D'station ADVAN GT-R" took victory in the 66-lap race.

August 30, 2015 - Suzuka Circuit

LEXUS RC F” Achieves 1-2 Finish at Legendary “Suzuka 1000km
- After Intense Battle in the GT300, the GT-R Takes Victory by Narrow Margin -

Round 5 of the SUPER GT 2015 was held at Suzuka Circuit in Mie Prefecture, where the “PETRONAS TOM'S RC F” came out on top of the intensely contested 6-hour race. With the “ZENT CERUMO RC F” following behind in 2nd, Lexus effectively prevented a 4-round winning streak by the GT-R with a 1-2 finish of their own and this sees the fight for the championship really heating up

September 20, 2015 - Sportsland SUGO

“Honda NSX” Takes First Win of the Season
- Fitted With “Mother Chassis”, the “Toyota 86” Grabs First Victory in GT300 Class

Round 6 of the SUPER GT 2015 was held at Sportsland SUGO, Miyagi Prefecture, where the “RAYBRIG NSX CONCEPT-GT” passed the chequered flag in the lead and took the first win for the NSX this season. In the GT300 class, the “VivaC 86 MC” also grabbed its first victory this year.

November 1, 2015 - Autopolis

Nissan Takes 1-2 Finish in Both Classes for the Second Time This Season
- Couto Shines as GT300 Champion -

Round 7 of the SUPER GT 2015 was held at Autopolis, Oita Prefecture where the “Nissan GT-R” took 1-2 finishes in both the GT500 and GT300 classes for the second time following on from round 2 at Fuji Speedway.

Novemver 15, 2015 - Twin Ring Motegi

"MOTUL AUTECH GT-R" Shines as Champion for Second Year in a Row

Round 8 (final) of the SUPER GT 2015 was held at Twin Ring Motegi, Tochigi Prefecture where the "MOTUL AUTECH GT-R" passed the checkered flag in 2nd place, successfully defending its championship title. Taking the win was the “KeePer TOM'S RC F,” achieving its second lights-to-flag victory this season following on from the first round in Okayama.
