ZF offers complete overhaul and repair on all types and all models of wind turbine gearboxes through 3.0MW. Gearbox repairs can include updating units to the latest design standards, upgrading lubrication systems, re-profiling gear teeth for optimum efficiency, or engineering upgrades to eliminate repetitive failures. ZF can reverse engineer all gearbox components which will allow you access to OEM replacement parts without the wait.
As well as gearbox repair, ZF offers a full range of up-tower services. These include end-of-warranty validation of gearboxes, vibration data analysis, and endoscopic gearbox inspections. If possible, ZF will also conduct minor repairs to the gearbox while in the nacelle.
