ZF’s activities in the NAFTA region are characterized by early commitment and a continuous expansion of the business relations with the American automotive manufacturers, as well as transplants of German, Japanese, and Korean automotive manufacturers. Moreover, ZF is represented on this highly important vehicle market with a network of 25 locations and a Technical Center near Detroit. With almost 5,400 employees and sales of euro 1.3 billion, North America is an important market region for ZF despite the currently difficult situation.
