ZF Repair Manuals cover the complete disassembly and reassembly of a transmission with many helpful illustrations and diagrams. Torque specifications, adjustments and a complete listing of all special tools required to repair the transmission are included. In addition, clutch application charts and solenoid application charts (where applicable) are included. Note: Due to the many different variations of valve body types for each transmission, valve bodies are not covered in the repair manuals.

The ZF Valve Body Manual gives detailed information about all valve bodies used in ZF 5-speed automatic transmissions. You find information such as oil flow diagrams, solenoid logic, orifices location, and all valve body diagrams. Every ZF transmission rebuilder must own this manual, since this invaluable information is not included in the repair manuals or the functional descriptions.
