Identification
Powershift Nameplate
The type plate can be found at the bottom of the transmission. This plate will identify the transmission and other relevant information.
- To order parts, please provide the 10 digit ZF Parts List Number from the type plate.
- Both types of plates are shown above. Depending on the type of transmission, you may have a large or small type plate. Plates can also be in German or English.

Mixer Drive Nameplate
- Depending on the type of the transmission, the type plate will either be located on the top of the mixer drive or on the bottom half towards the flange.
- If the type plate is no longer there, it is difficult to determine the correct spec number. Please contact our service dept. for assistance.
- P Series Mixer Drive shown above.
Axle Nameplate
- If the type plate is missing, there should be a serial number stamped into the housing. This serial number would most likely be around the type plate or stamped directly on top of the axle.
- Both types of plates are shown above. You may have an English or German plate. Both list the same information.
- ZF-Multitrac 2000 shown above.
