Oil Change Intervals

• Mineral Based ATF ~ 18,000 miles.
• Semi-Synthetic Base ~ 36,000 miles.
• Synthetic Base ~ 50,000 miles.
• Castrol Transynd ~ 50,000 - 75,000 miles.*
• ZF Ecofluid ~ 50,000 - 75,000 miles.*
• ZF Ecofluid A ~ 75,000 - 100,000 miles.*

*? Oil drain interval for light duty/coach duty cycle accompanied with oil analysis.

The previous one-time "break-in" oil drain & filter change at 600 miles is no longer needed.

The Ecomat uses only one internal transmission filter (about $25) that is changed with each oil drain. Bolt holes to access this filter have steel reinforced threads.
