ZF Ecomix Model P Range

ZF-Mixer drives P 3301, P 4300, P 5300, P 7300 and PK 7500 offer economical and well proven drive technology for transport concrete drum mixers.

The technical concept utilizes a two stage planetary gearbox, for PK 7500 with a pre-mounted right angle bevel gear set. The mixer drive is either bolted to a mounting pedestal or directly to the vehicle chassis with the output flange being attached to the mixer drum. The gearbox is utilized as the front support for the drum system. Input torque and speed are supplied by a hydrostatic motor mounted to the gearbox via a standardized SAE spline shaft. Speed sensor and water pump connections are available, the second only for P 3301, P 4300 and P 5300.

Advantages of ZF mixer drives:

Torsion resistant drive. The output flange permits a swivel angle of +/- 6° in all directions.
Low maintenance and long service life. All gears and shafts operate submerged in oil. Therefore a long service life is granted.
Reinforced output bearing capable of withstanding higher forces:
P 3301: through increased diameter and width; P 4300, P 5300, P 7300 und PK 7500: through optimal bearing design.
