Dynamic technology for a smooth flight

ZF Luftfahrttechnik manufactures helicopter transmissions and dynamic components to the most stringent of technical requirements. Our production is concentrated on the needs and expectations of our customers. The transmission series production at ZF Luftfahrttechnik began in the early 70s, the first being the FS72 and FS110 transmission systems for the BO105 helicopter. Approximately 9,000 transmissions have now been supplied to customers. Furthermore, ZF Luftfahrttechnik developed the FS108 main transmission for the Eurocopter EC135 helicopter. The series production of this compact, flat-design transmission began in the year 1995.

Since 1964 ZF Luftfahrttechnik has been setting the international standard in the field of multipurpose main gearbox and rotor blade test stands.
