Only those who continuously enhance their skills are and will remain successful – a dictum that ZF Services acts upon with its continuous qualification of its own employees, customers and partners. Mechanics in the auto repair shop must keep pace with technical developments in order to ensure professional diagnostics and performance of service and repair work.
Product training for workshops
Within the framework of workshop concepts and in cooperation with its partners, ZF Services offers technical education and training for mechanics in workshops. The handling of high-tech products, such as the XTend Clutch , the Electronic attenuation CDC or the dual-mass flywheel (DMF) as well as both theoretical and practical training on the vehicle and product are provided by an experienced trainer.

Training for authorized partners
Authorized partners of ZF Services can participate in training on the subjects of transmission and axle systems for automobiles, commercial vehicles and off-road machinery as well as Special Driveline Technology. In addition, they are introduced to the newest technical product developments, such as Ecolife, AS Tronic or Ergopower Hybrid transmissions. Diagnosis, service, replacement and repairs can then be handled by themselves onsite.

Training for electrical vehicle drives
ZF Services qualifies both its authorized partners as well as automotive manufacturer workshops and fleet owners to work on vehicles with high voltage systems. Normally, training takes place directly on automobiles, busses or commercial vehicles with hybrid transmissions. Participants learn how to connect electronic systems as well as how to inspect electrical safety systems. The training meets legal and employers' liability insurance association requirements.
