Our ECP (Extended Coverage Program) and LCC (Life Cycle Cost Coverage Program) service programs provide maximum protection for your operating costs. Without the risk of repair costs, you as a fleet operator for buses and trucks are free to plan and make targeted investments.
Program to Cover Repair Risks
(Extended Coverage Program - ECP)
The ECP program takes over the risks of both operation and repair costs for fleet operators. As a fleet operator, you pay a fixed amount and receive extensive service from ZF for your transmission system. All parts of the ZF transmission supply scope for the transmission installed in the corresponding vehicle are included in the scope of supply and services.
The maximum contract period is 5 years/1 000 000 km, depending on the transmission type and application.

Program to cover the Life Cycle Costs
(Life Cycle Cost Coverage program - LCC)
If you, as a bus operator, would like to calculate accurately, our LCC program is the ideal solution for you. You decide your risk yourself by means of individual service steps. Besides repair and overhaul services we offer you additional protection through complete maintenance of the units.
The period of coverage starts with initial operation of your bus and it ends after an agreed time and mileage limit. However, the maximum period is 12 years.
