Transmissions (new transmissions / swing units)
ZF Services supplies the corresponding reman service and provides you with genuine spare parts for passenger car and commercial vehicle transmissions. A ZF swing unit often constitutes a fast, low-cost, and ecological alternative to classic repairs.
For all replacement units, ZF offers the same technical, technological, and quality standard as you find with the volume production transmission. Here, for the replacement units and with no extra expense, the customer benefits from the upgrade of technical further development invested for volume production transmissions. Moreover, analog to a new transmission, the warranty cover performance is provided for one year.

Genuine spare parts
Continuously, we have 100,000 spare parts on service stocks for all transmission types so to ensure transmission functioning for one hundred percent. Our spare parts are produced with the same manufacturing processes as our volume production components and they are subject to the same quality and inspection processes. Technical and design-related changes or renewals are also included. We warrant spare parts provision for up to 15 years after volume production phaseout. And even longer for vintage cars!

Defined repair kits for passenger car and commercial vehicle transmissions help to fully determine and order the complete scope of parts for an upcoming repair job; these kits enable quick service at low-cost.
Transmission fluids
The ZF transmission oils make up a range of synthetic heavy-duty oils intended exclusively for ZF's transmissions. The product ranges were specially developed for use with manual and automatic transmissions. The correspondingly adapted, innovative additive package warrants excellent lubrication and friction characteristics for highly demanding applications; moreover, they help reduce material wear and ensure smoother and softer gear changes.
With evidence material: Improved economy thanks to maximum reduction of fuel consumption, which, in turn, also reduces CO2 emissions.
