To avoid the same questions being received by different parts of the ZF organization, ZF has developed a new service concept. “ZF Tradition” combines expertise and responsibility.
The central contact point is backed by an internal network of ZF experts from the various Divisions, for example from ZF Sachs AG in the Bielefeld plant that will now handle enquiries, from requests for technical information and repair advice to spare parts. The service will be augmented by 14 customer service centers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, which will provide points of contact for customer services in the relevant regions. Passau remains the center of excellence for tractors.
