Repair Service

The repair or service consists of the following procedure:

Clutch:

• Coating renewal
• Modification of the clutch disk
• Pressure plate check
• etc.

Damper:

• Measurement of performance
• Setting change
• Inspection
• etc.

In order to take advantage of this service, the following steps must be taken:

• Print the correct order and fill out
  Service Order Clutch (PDF, 144 KB)
  Service Order Damper (PDF, 192 KB)
• Send the goods to ZF Sachs Race Engineering GmbH together with the Service Order Form
• Goods are examined by ZF Sachs Race Engineering GmbH
• The goods appraisal is discussed with the customer by telephone if the customer accepts the estimated costs, the products will be repaired.
• After the product has been repaired it is sent back to the customer together with an invoice

Please note that we charge the customer a flat fee of 48 Euros for doing the costs estimate, which is deducted from the final bill if a repair takes place.
