What objectives is the ZF SupplierAcademy pursuing?
The ZF SupplierAcademy is an initiative of ZF and is used to train you, our partners, with regard to ZF specific requirements such as standards, guidelines, and strategies as well as to strengthen the existing relations with the help of specific trainings.
We want to explain ZF's processes in a clear and transparent way in demand-oriented trainings.
Here, the individual expert subjects are defined and dealt with in a purposeful way on the basis of the requirements resulting from the cooperation between you and ZF.
With this knowledge, you can contribute to reactive and preventive error avoidance and optimize processes and methods flexibly. This not only increases your competitiveness but also our joint corporate success in the long run.

What is the Structure and Range of Services of the ZF SupplierAcademy?
The trainings of the ZF SupplierAcadamy are divided into three training levels:

ZF Impulse Days (Primary Level)
Core contents of the expert departments are conveyed in a compact and intense way. For example, the ZF guidelines and strategies for basic cooperation are explained in case studies and group work.
Expert/Method Trainings (Secondary Level)
At the secondary level, specific topics are determined and prepared together with the expert departments and the resulting core contents are presented to the suppliers. Practical problem solution approaches for a successful cooperation are developed in a common exchange.
Project-Specific Trainings (Top Level)
Clearly defined problems are recognized in the trainings at the secondary level and discussed and dealt with in specific and practical projects at the supplier’s facilities.
