Determining PPM and delivery performance
Please note
The ongoing harmonization of business processes within the ZF Group requires uniform group-wide standards for determining PPM rejection rates and delivery performance for all ZF suppliers.
Revision as of Jan. 1, 2004
Since 2004, PPM reject rates have been determined in a standardized process, depending on the specific IT adjustments required. Along with uniform determination of delivery performance, which has already been introduced, this is an important component of the future assessment of ZF supplier quality and performance. Other key indicators agreed upon with individual suppliers remain valid.
The following pages contain all pertinent information about criteria relevant to PPM and delivery performance as well as planned payment methods and invoicing.
