In cooperation with other leading automotive suppliers, ZF initiated the SupplyOn ePurchasing platform to offer suppliers an optimal online service for purchasing processes.
About SupplyOn
Working in cooperation with suppliers is important at ZF. That’s why the company strives to make this process as simple and efficient as possible. SupplyOn accelerates and standardizes business processes in the automotive supply industry. SupplyOn initiators include Robert Bosch GmbH, Continental AG, INA Wälzlager Schaeffler oHG and ZF Friedrichshafen AG, with SAP AG as the technology partner. Siemens VDO Automotive AG joined as an additional shareholder in November 2001.
Organize business processes efficiently
You can participate in the SupplyOn marketplace as a supplier, and in the future as a purchasing company. As a supplier, you can present your range of products and services in a database (company profile/business directory) to all marketplace participants. Internet technology makes this information available to existing customers as well as to potential new customers.
ZF uses SupplyOn worldwide for electronic processing of purchasing and logistics processes.
Accessing standards via SupplyOn
Up to now, the ZF Group and its subsidiaries have distributed ZF factory standards and announcements of changes by mail. Effective immediately, ZF suppliers receive this information electronically.
