ZF factory standards
In cooperation with SupplyOn, ZF developed the Document Manager application for electronic delivery of ZF factory standards. Document Manager enables encrypted Internet access to the ZF factory standards. Individual employees or user groups can access the standards in the SupplyOn electronic marketplace. If standards are modified, suppliers receive an e-mail with a link to the new ZF standard. Currently valid principles for providing access to standards are outlined in a standard contract. This contract supplements existing supply contracts.

Instructions
To use Document Manager on SupplyOn, suppliers must register with the SupplyOn Internet marketplace. They will then receive a user ID and password from SupplyOn to access Document Manager.
Suppliers may be charged a fee for the use of Document Manager on SupplyOn.
Conversion of business processes
Electronic access to ZF factory standards through the SupplyOn Internet marketplace is one of many business processes that are currently being converted. If you have not yet been contacted by the ZF Group regarding business processes including electronic requests, release orders, delivery and transport data, credit memos, invoices and quality data, please feel free to contact ZF at any time to request a conversion.
