ZF Services combines SACHS, LEMFÖRDER, BOGE and ZF Parts product brands as well as the global offering of the ZF group in retail, services and customer service. The business unit is currently represented by approx. 2600 employees and aims to strengthen international customer service and to expand the after sales business with new products and services.

Fields of activity
Repairs
In the future, ZF Services will offer failure analysis and repair not just for ZF parts, but also for other manufacturers’ products, as long as they are not in competition with ZF. This allows customers to receive as many services as possible from a single source, without having to skimp on performance.
Remanufacturing
Remanufacturing through ZF is satisfying not just ecologically, but also in quality. All refurbished original products undergo meticulous production and testing procedures. Each defective component is completely disassembled, inspected and, if necessary, replaced with a new part. Technical improvements are considered immediately. By doing this, ZF ensures that the customer always gets high-quality components that correspond to current mass production.
Customer service
Technical customer service for the automotive industry includes supply of replacement parts, repairs, deployment in the field and service documentation. In addition to testing systems for customer service and quality control, they also develop and produce computer-controlled remote and long-term monitoring of electronically controlled ZF products.
Replacement part sales
In the replacement parts business, shock absorbers and clutches are sold under the SACHS brand. LEMFÖRDER covers the field of steering and suspension and rubber-to-metal parts. BOGE stands for shock absorbers, while steering gears and steering pumps are sold under the ZF Parts brand. Moreover, the worldwide ZF Services network handles the OE business with sales of ZF products to vehicle manufacturers for the aftermarket.
